Annual Health Checkup consists of 33 Parameters including Complete Blood Count (24), Renal Function Test (1), Liver Function Test (5), FBS (1), and Lipid Panel (2). Other tests can be requested as add-ons and will be fulfilled by Livlong at an additional cost.
The Health Care Manager (HCM) is available from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. They assist with reviewing medical information, conducting health risk assessments, scheduling lab tests, availing the product features, and coordinating teleconsultations with Doctors and Nutritionists. If you need any assistance outside these hours, you can contact the Concierge help desk for assistance (1800-2020-600). The HCM will return your call the next day.
